I was tired from travelling and sleeping next to a giant mirror so I kept rolling waking up face to face with my own reflection thinking it was someone else. I had a dream where I felt really anxious from nightmares and woke up and took a Valium and went back to sleep. I woke up again feeling more anxious from more nightmares and couldn't remember if I had actually taken a Valium or whether I had dreamed it and I felt too anxious to take another one in case I overdosed.
