In the forest. Somewhere inside a forest.
I was running from the forest, or into it.

I don’t know why but the forest was important. I wasn’t alone and I knew that.
I kept on running in, in, in.
I kept on running out, out, out.

I was waiting for you. I don’t know who I was waiting for.
I thought I was waiting maybe for me.
I was standing now in water. The forest was still consuming me.
It was all around me. I was wearing an old night gown.
It was ivory in colour, it was wet.
I was wet, my hair was wet, I was in the water now.
I was immersed swimming in the forest water.

I was swimming towards something.
I saw it at the end of the forest water.
It was bright, it was stark, it was blinding.
I think I swam for years.

I reached it.
The water was gone.
I was in the forest again.

I was dry.
I was naked.
I was bleeding.

My body was bleeding everywhere.
