CARLY HALL

Sydney / Sales Assistant & Student

I am at one of my jobs in a small clothing store. I walk around the store and ask a lady if she wants help. She gives off a weird vibe, her face is lined and her hair is thin and fluffy. She follows me over to the counter, but it is the counter from my other job at a different store. It’s very long, but somehow fits into the small store. I walk behind the counter and she stands, threateningly, at the end of it, as though she is about to walk behind it as well. I am immediately frustrated and tell her to go away. Suddenly I am on the other side of the counter and she runs behind the registers. I am so angry about that. I walk to the front of the store and suddenly we are all scared (I don’t know who “we” are, only that it is not just me). There are people in big, white hazmat suits walking through the shopping centre. I can’t see their faces. They have big spray packs on and are disinfecting everything and everyone by spraying them down. I know they are supposed to do that but I am still scared of them.
